I am looking to produce recycled, biodegradable, dermolgically tested 3 ply 10 cm coloured toilet paper in pastel colours. Approx 4 - 6 colours . Can you please send me some information of what you use to colour the toilet paper and any certified documents, Minimum quantity, pricing and requirements you need to manufacture these.
