Hand painted custom garland made from cotton paper
Hi,
I am looking to have some custom paper garlands made for my company for resale here in the U.S. I'd like to know minimum quantity and some pricing as well as well as turn around time and any other information I may need. Each garland (with string) should be about 3 metres in length with each garland having 10 hand painted images - double sided. I have put 300 quantity but I may do more.
