AKD Sizing Agent : 1. EC-PA01 AKD sizing agent (alkyl ketene dimer) is a newly developed product based on our former sizing agent for paper. It is characterized by good self-retention, high water resistance, and a rapid curing process, which enable it to prominently improve the sizing effect and other technical indexes of paper. 2. It is applicable for all kinds of paper which need sizing, such as writing paper, xerographic paper, corrugated paper, liner board, art base paper, photographic paper, napkins, etc. 3. EC-PA01 AKD can improve the printability of paper sheets, increase retention of fines and fillings, decrease pulp consumption, and reduce production cost. 4. Wide pH value range (6.5-10) for sizing, calcium carbonate can be used as filling. 5. EC-PA01 AKD bears a neutral sizing process, contributing to decrease corrosion and prolonging equipment life. | |
