1. Product Description: SY-4211 Defoamer is a broad-spectrum liquid product, which is made from mineral oil, silica white, synergistic agent, and dispersant. Because it contains various defoaming ingredients, this defoamer can be widely applied for defoaming. It can eliminate foam very quickly, and inhibit foams for a long time. Low consumption, and it won’t result in defects in the paper surface. 2. Product Features: Wide applications, compatible well with the systems; Eliminate foam quickly, and inhibit foam for a long time; Low consumption, high efficiency; No defect in the paper surface. 3. Characteristics: Appearance pale yellow turbid oily liquid Density(g/cm3,25℃) 0.87~0.95 Viscosity(mPa·s,25℃) 500~3000 Active substance ≥99 Emulsion type Nonionic Water dispersity Easy dispersed in water (Remark: above data for ref only, can not be regarded as the technical standards) 4. How to use: Coating during papermaking: Can be added when producing the coating materials, or to the ancillary tank when the coating assistant agents are put during the paper coating processing. According to the formula, 0.1%~0.5% of the total amount is recommended. 5. Precautions: In case freeze took place during transportation and storage, the defoamer should be unfrozen naturally, and stirred evenly before use. 6. Package and Storage: Use 200kgs, 1000kgs packages, or negotiated packages. Sealed and stock under the room temperature range from 5℃ to 30℃, away from light. Avoid the defoamer exposed to extremely cold or hot environments. In case of long time storage, the product may be stratified. Please stir it evenly before use, and the effect won’t be changed. Shelf life is 1 year. 7. Security: Avoid contact with the eyes and the respiratory system. Once happen, please wash with lots of clear water, to see a doctor is necessary if the situation is serious.
