Fiber fractionating screen Applicable process: Classifying treatment of long and short fiber after waste pulp's coarse screening Size:1.5-4m2 Inlet consistency:1.5-2.5% Production capacity: 90-700T/D Stock supply operation pressure:150-300kpa The stock enters the shell from the top and heavy impurity is collected in the circle area formed by the weir plate, draining intemittently can avoid impurity going into screening area and prolong the lifetime of screen basket and rotor. Special designed dilute style has good effect to grade long and short fiber, while reducing cost and increasing production. | |
