PULPING UNIT (AUTOCLAVE DIGESTOR WITH HOT AIR HEATING SYSTEM) For laboratory production of chemical pulp. Provided with six autoclaves, pressure tested, each of 2.5 liter suitable for 300/350 gm bone-dry wood rotate in forced hot air with precise temperature control to monitor cooking behave of different raw materials. The unit is easy to operate and boiling parameter precisely controlled to insure good repeatibility. The autocalve bomb can be quickly cooled by using cold water spray on it after completion of cycle. Digital temp Indicator-cum-controller precisely control the temperature range upto-200 0C. The rotation with change in turning direction provide effeciant agitation to the samples. | |
