Our recycled machine-glazed (MG) kraft paper for converters is an on-demand product line that allows multiple configuration options. We manufacture this paper according to customers' requirements depending on their kraft paper application and specifications. The grammages range from 50 to 120 GSM with strength/burst factor (BF) ranging from 18 to 25. They can optionally be water-resistant as per requirement. This kraft paper is ideally suitable for manufacturing paper bags and packaging elements, among other variety of applications. Recycled kraft paper is highly customizable. End-users may have various applications and different specific requirements of strength, printable surface, wet- strength properties and shade requirements. Almost all of the raw materials are sourced from our own branch company, so consistency is always a key attribute achieved by extensive sorting and hand-picked clean waste paper. Surface and Finishes : Recycled MG kraft paper is a machine-glazed paper with Plane and Ribbed graining finishes. We manufacture very diverse widths with multiple reels that reach a width close to 2.6 meters and also provide in sheet form as per customer specifications Properties: Recycled MG kraft is made to order as per customers' requirements. It features high tear resistance BF ranging from 18 to 25 with customizable wet strength properties. Color: Natural brown shade and golden yellow shade Substance: Recycled MG kraft paper GSM ranges from 50 to 120 Technical information: 1. Diameter of reels min 100, max 125 cm. 2. Width of reels min 30 cm and max 260 cm. 3. Tolerance of paper cutting +-2 mm. 4. Diameter of a core: 7.6 cm +-1 mm 5. Cores secured with corks. 6. Reels packing with edge proctors, Shrink film rapped and palletised. 7. Reel Markings with Label containing relevant informations 8. Paper is produced in two types: plain and ribbed. 9. On request the paper can be produced with addition of wet strength. 10. Maximum 3 Joints acceptable standard in one reel.
