Construction of the Dandy roll will be with helically coiled rings with suitable gauge diagonally passing rods and flat bars for ease of grinding the body, with suitable end castings. * Spindle type Dandy rolls for slow speed machines in SS or PB with 35 mesh PB or SS covers. *Hollow type Dandy rolls for medium speed machines in SS or PB with 10 mesh bottom cover and 35 mesh top cover OR only 35 mesh top cove as per needs of the paper mills. *Dandy rolls for high speed machines with Double side flanges, journals and spherical roller bearings, with 10 mesh bottom and 35 mesh top cover. | |
