DESCRIPTION:

I. APSTAR Machine Specification: 1.1 Repeated orders can be stored and recalled by PLC control, easy and fast to set-up orders, and more convenient to operate. Dedicated computer control desk is provided. 1.2 Malfunctions can be diagnosed by means of remote dial-up. This makes maintenance more efficient and reduce the cost concerned. 1.3 All driving shafts are made of high-quality steel, chrome plated, and surface ground. 1.4 All gear train are hardened and ground (hardness>60HRC). 1.5 All units of the machine can be separated automatically or manually, and an audible alarm sounds during the opening and closing for safe operation. 1.6 Every unit is equipped with an emergency stop switch. For increased safety. The machine operator, working inside each unit can stop the unit from moving at any time. 1.7 The machine is also equipped with an automatic lubrication system that keeps the lubricant levels in all of units uniform at all times.
