This traditional system is placed on a countertop and operates through manual agitation. The pulp is filled via a water pressure system, while draining occurs by gravity. This machine produces sheets with a 159 mm diameter and is made entirely of durable stainless steel. A version for creating square sheets is also available upon request. To complete the paper formation process, a sheet press and quick dryer are required. The machine comes with a set of discs for pressing and rings for air drying. It is ideal for determining the drainage time of pulp and for creating handsheets used in reflectance testing of pulp (as per standard sheet machine procedures).
