DESCRIPTION:

Dandy Rolls India have specially designed Bracket Assembly for supporting centrally driven Dandy Rolls of 1000 mm Dia. up to 1500 mm Dia.. The unit consists of main arm and base arms of SS castings. The brackets have provision to accommodate Heavy duty spherical Roller bearings, pneumatically /electromechanically operated motors for oscillating water and steam shower assembly for continuous cleaning of Dandy Roll with the help of cradle assembly and space for accommodating fabricated SS /Fiber glass external Save all tray with SS steam heated jacket, for accommodation of Imported Air Bellows for quick lift of Dandy Roll, provision for Dandy drive system with cordon shaft, reduction gear box, motor etc.. Fine penetration or adjustment of Dandy Roll can be done by manual penetration control wheel or by Electromechanical Jactuators with visual read out dial gauge provided on the Bracket main arm. Lifting eyes provided on the bearing housing replaces lifting beam and helps quick change of Dandy rolls with internals with minimum down time.
