DESCRIPTION: | |
Used for continuously breaking and screening waste paper at high consistency. Breaking at 15-20% in the front area. Screening pulp at 3-5% in the back area. As no cutting forces in fiber separation process, the trouble of impurities in after operation process are reduced. Compared with traditional hydrapulper, it saves about 50% electricity, reduces chemical consumption by more than 10% and 60% reduction in steam consumption. | |
