DESCRIPTION:

Hi-Consistency pulper is connected with dilution pulper. The dilution pulper has due function of separating the plastic and other foreign material as also dilute the high consistency pulp to medium consistency for stock transfer for further processing. This pulper has 6-8 A/ mm drilled screen plate with impeller rotating against the screen. The impact of impeller separates fiber from the rejects, hence working most efficiently for fiber recovery. ADVANTAGES: *Uncut contaminants form Hi-consistency pulper are removed with negligible fiber loss. *The hi-consistency pulper is ready for next batch immediately after emptying out as the isolating valve isolates, dilution pulper from main pulper. Thus max operating efficiency of pulper. *The dilution pulper works as first coarse screen this reducing load on proceeding equipments.
