Heavy Reject Cleaner for stock preparation. Heavy Reject Cleaner is mainly used to remove heavy impurities such as sand, and iron filings with a density greater than the slurry（Heavy slag remover). Technical Parameters: Throughput: 1000 L/min Working density: 1.5-2.5% First stage inlet pressure: 300-320 Kpa Second stage inlet pressure: 280-300 Kpa Third stage inlet pressure: 250-280 Kpa Reject by solid: 15-25% Reject by volume: 10-12% Features; 1. The working consistency of the Low Consistency Cleaner is as high as 2.5%, hence the number of cleaners is reduced accordingly. 2. It is suitable for meeting the requirements of high-capacity pulp-making equipment. 3. The bottom part is equipped with an axial flushing water device, it can control the coarse rejects consistency individually and control the fiber loss efficiently. By diluting the coarse rejects, there will no appear blocking phenomenon in the pro- cess of reject discharging in every stage.
