Low Consistency Cleaner for stock preparation. Low Consistency Cleaner is mainly used to remove light impurities such as mixed stickies, paraffin, hot melt adhesives, plastic sheets, foam, gas, ink particles, etc. with a density less than the slurry (light slag remover). Technical Parameters: Throughput: 400-1500 L/min Inlet consistency: 0.4-1.2% Inlet pressure: 0.2-0.3 Mpa Outlet pressure: 0.06 Mpa Pressure drop: 0.16 Mpa Reject ratio: 10-20% Structure and Features: 1. It consists of a tangent inlet, accepts outlet, cylindrical up-part with a plug-in deaeration tube, the middle part of the cone-type separate tube, nozzle or lower part of reject discharge controller, etc. 2. It is a hydro cyclone cleaner. Under the pressure, stock enters the cleaner tangentially and generates a high-speed vortex in the cone-tye separate tube, by which. the vortex whose direction of axes near the wall of the separate tube will be directed to the ends of the cone, and the heavier impurities are against the wall of the cleaner and discharged at the nozzle or by the reject controller. 3. The accepts gather in the center of the separate tube to form the main stock flowing from compared with ordinary low consistency cleaner. It features a longer separate cone and incorporates a centered deaeration tube, which results in higher efficiency in removing impurities as well as being able to remove light impurities, hot-melt material, and air. 4. When using HT series low consistency cleaner. almost no jam will happen in the operation, it ensures high efficiency in cleaning stock as well as accepts with high and constant quality.
