The PL1-00 Electric Heating Laboratory Rotary Digester is a paper laboratory instrument designed to remove lignin under high temperature and pressure by adding chemicals. It simulates the working principle of a production digester, with the pot body rotating circumferentially to ensure thorough mixing of pulp and chemicals, facilitating chemical reactions to decompose lignin. It is suitable for sulfonation treatment of raw materials in paper laboratories, as well as acid or alkali cooking. Depending on different process requirements (cooking chemical formula, cooking pressure, cooking temperature, cooking time, atmosphere), desired plant pulp can be obtained, providing a basis for formulating cooking processes in production. It can also be used for experiments such as cooking and oxygen bleaching of other liquid raw materials with a working pressure not exceeding 8 kg/cm². Additionally, this digester can supply hot steam to other laboratory equipment.
