The press felt is very important component of paper machine press section, it not only can absorb the moisture from wet paper sheet, but also can distribute pressure in the press zone, support the wet paper sheet to avoid paper embossing. At the meanwhile, it can also balance the pressure between the rolls in various pressure zone, so that reduce the trace on the paper sheet. The press felt also have function of supporting and transferring the wet paper sheet from forming section to dryer section, and provide necessary finishing for the paper sheet, give it good paper surface. During the press process, the press felt also drive all the rolls, playing an important role as a transmission belt. We mainly have 6 series press felt: Seamed Felt : Suitable for package paper, culture paper, pulp board paper. Easy to install and stable run ability. Package Paper Felt : Maximum machine speed 1500m/min, suitable for 40-300 gram package paper. Special Paper Felt : Suitable for all kind of special paper, apply for special paper machine press section and high quality paper surface dryer section. Tissue Paper Felt : Suitable for all kinds of BF machine and crescent tissue paper machine, imported superfine fiber, felt surface uniform and fine. Culture Paper Felt : Suitable for composite press, shoe press machine. The maximum machine speed 1600m/min, suitable paper weight 30-180 gsm. Pulp Board Felt: Suitable for all kinds of pulp kind and full weight range of pulp board. High speed dewatering capacity and good running efficiency.
