The base layer is in the middle of inner fiber layer and reverse fiber layer. The two side of base layer have seam loop, the two groups of seam rings overlaps, will have a loop hole in the middle, with a pin wire inside the loop hole. The seam ring is a semi-circular structure. By setting up seam rings and pin wire, the time for replacing the felt has been shortened, the operation is convenient and safe, and the work efficiency has been improved.
