SF-320S/360S Single Facer

DESCRIPTION:

1.Designed speed:120m/min-200m/min 2.Effective width:1400mm-2500mm 3.Flute profiles:A,C,B,E available. 4.Separate upper and lower roll from the main machine, with guideway equipped to the bridge, easy to replace rolls. 5.Gimbal transmission, individual driving box to improve running stability.Gears are all lubricated with special grease to provide outstanding sealing performance and reliable lubricating. 6.Guideway slippling of the gluing roll and upper roll, easy to replace rolls. 7.Pneumatic control of the upper roll, press roll and gluing roll. 8.The bearings of corrugated rolls and press rolls are lubricated by high temperature lubricating grease. 8.Motorized digital read out device.Manual adjustment of the glue application amount. 9.The corrugated roll is made of special alloy steel of 48CrMo with grinding process and induction hardened with hardness of HRC56-60
