The factory has 7 workshops all equipped with high-precision, automatic production machines to produce stretched canvas, canvas panels, drawing paper, pads, painting sets, plastic pallets, portfolios, colors, easels, brushes and kids craft activity sets. The CONDA operation is supported with a professional research and development team to carefully control all aspects of the manufacturing process from receipt of raw materials right through to point of dispatch. In addition a separate R&D team design and develop new products that represent 20% of sales annually. Logistics and communication is very important to CONDA and we have developed systems to monitor every order received, communicate manufacturing lead times and supervise dispatch dates – this department is managed by a team of multi-lingual executives.
