Description 
Novation's product line includes the AF-2 WebFlagger, ScrapTracker, and RollCode systems. The AF-2 flags webs at speeds over 2,500 fpm. Pushbuttons or inspection devices can be positioned along a line and the position of these devices can be tracked to the point of application. The ScrapTracker option logs the various causes and amounts of defective material. This data is used to generate efficiency and scrap category reports. The RollCode defect tracking system flags the web with pre-printed serialized, bar-coded flags. RollCode records the ID and location in the roll of each flag and interacts with downstream equipment, to automatically stop the equipment at the flagged locations.
